I want to begin this month’s update with a massive THANK YOU to the PGBC church family. Your generosity never ceases to amaze me. Your participation in fundraisers for our youth have just been amazing. Our Boston Butt sale was a huge success. A special thanks to Drew Townsend and Backwoodz BBQ for a great fundraiser. I have heard nothing but glowing reviews on the taste and especially the tenderness of the BBQ. Thanks to all those who came to the church to help prepare all of the meat for the smoker. Again, the participation and show of support has been nothing short of amazing. I am also sure that I have never seen 4 cakes and a quilt auction off for $1,260. Again, I cannot say thank you enough.
As we prepare for our trip to Snowbird, we received another blessing as a sister church, Kirkland Memorial Baptist, has graciously allowed us to use their bus to transport our youth to North Carolina and back!
